We provide community-based supervised visitation, case management, and individual support, with specific focus on mental health, special needs and family culture.
Life Span Connections offers person-centered support with strong collaboration and communication with all. We are committed to supporting your goals.
All services are provided either remotely or community-based.
We are located in Central Massachusetts and travel to you!
